As per the office noting, a letter has been received from the learned J.M.F.C., Sambalpur for extension of time to ensure disposal of the complaint in 1.C.C. No. 77 of 2021.

The CRLMC No. 130 of 2021 disposed of vide order dated 18th November, 2022 had directed the learned court below to expedite the trial in connection with 1CC No. 77 of 2021 and to ensure its completion preferably within a period of four months and as per the letter received from the learned J.M.F.C., Sambalpur, it could not be complied with.

Considering the letter of the learned J.M.F.C., Sambalpur, this Court is of the view that further four months time is allowed for disposal of the complaint i.e. 1.C.C. Case No. 77 of 2021. 4.

The order be immediately communicated to the learned Court below.
