1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that no instruction Order No.

from the side of the Petitioner.

2. By means of this petition, the Petitioner seeks to quash the order of cognizance dated 6th December,2012 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Athamallik in G.R. Case No.390 of 2011 whereby cognizance has been taken against the Petitioner in the offence under Sections 341/323/294/354/307/506/34 of IPC and Section 3(i) (x) (xi) of SC & ST (PA) Act.

3. Having regard to the fact that the matter has been pending since 2012 and no interim order has been passed in that matter, by efflux of time, the matter must have been worked. In such eventuality, there is no point in keeping this petition alive.

4. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed.
