Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. S.N. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for Opposite Party - State.

The Petitioner has prayed for quashing of the criminal proceeding initiated against him, who is the husband of deceased. The offences alleged are under Section 498(A)/306 of the I.P.C. 3.
Having perused the copy of the charge-sheet and after hearing Mr. Mishra, learned AGA, I am not inclined to entertain the prayer of the Petitioner as no merit is seen in his favour. 4.
