This matter is taken up hybrid arrangement Order No.

(virtual/physical) mode.

The Petitioners having been implicated in Angul P.S. Case No.75 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.115 of 2020 registered for alleged commission of offence under Section-341/354/294/379/506/34 of the IPC, pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Angul have filed this application under section-438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in the above mentioned case.

Upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsels for the State as well as the Informant further taking into account the fact of involvement of the Petitioners in such type of cases; this Court is not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to these Petitioners. However, it is observed

// 2 // that in the event the Petitioners surrender before the court in seisin of the case and move for their release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being influenced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order passed on 11.02.2020 does no more survive.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
