This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This interlocutory application has been filed by the Petitioners for modification of the order dated 10.08.2022 passed by this Court in the aforesaid bail application.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners. 4.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioners that there is more than one Petitioner. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Petitioners submitted that in the cause title of the order dated 10.08.2022, the same may be correctly reflected as well as the grammatical error, i.e., 'Petitioners' in place of 'Petitioner' be also reflected in the order.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the prayer for modification is allowed. Necessary correction be carried out in the order.

In view of such modification, the time to surrender of the Petitioners before the Court in seisin over the matter is extended to another four weeks from today.

7.

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

8.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
