2. Heard Mr. P.K. Rath, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate.

3. It is submitted that since the tender was of the year, 2013 and the same having been expired, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous.

4. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

5. As the restrictions due to resurgence of Covid-19 are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the Advocate concerned with his/her seal, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice
