Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.11.2020 in connection with Jhumpura P.S. Case No.130 of 2020 corresponding to S.T. Case No.13 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned Addl. District & Sessions Judge, Champua for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 302/323/34 of IPC.

It is alleged that the petitioner in association with three other persons committed the murder of the husband of the informant. As it appears, all the other three co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per orders passed by this Court in BLAPL No.1571 of 2021 and BLAPL No. 7806 of 2021.

Having regard to the above facts as also taking into account the period of detention in custody, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail

on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail. 6.

BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
