It appears, on the selfsame issue the Petitioners had already moved the Branch Manager, L.I.C. of India, Cuttack District Branch, Cuttack on 23.03.2018 vide Annexure-4. Looking to the Annexure4, it also appears, there is endorsement of the competent authority to have received such representation at the instance of the Petitioners on 23.03.2018 itself.

Considering the grievance of the Petitioners, this Court directs, in the event the representation appears to have been received by the Branch Manager, L.I.C. of India, Cuttack District Branch, Cuttack on 23.03.2018 has not been disposed of as yet, the same shall be disposed of with appropriate order within a period of one & half months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners. It is also directed that outcome of such exercise involving the representation of the Petitioners shall

// 2 // also be communicated to the Petitioner within a period of one week thereafter.
