1. Learned counsel for the Petitioners claims that the Petitioners Order No.

and the complainant have compromised the dispute. Statements to that effect can well be made by the parties before the trial Court.

2. Consequently, permitting the Petitioners to raise all the pleas available to them in accordance with law before the trial Court at the appropriate stage, the petition is disposed of. The interim order is hereby vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
