This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Purunakote P.S. Case No.60 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.2134 of 2019 pending on the file of learned S.D.J.M., Angul within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, he shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court with further condition that he would not indulge himself in commission of similar type of activity. It is, however, made clear that in the event any information/report is received by the court as regards his involvement in similar type of case/s either in past or in future, this order shall automatically be inoperative and it would be open for the Court in seisin of the case to take appropriate step in accordance with law. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
