Against refusal of interim order dated 12.05.2016 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 841 (C) of 2016, the petitioner has approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the original application, which is pending for adjudication.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
