This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the last two occasions on 14.10.2022 and 15.11.2022. Further, the Petitioner has not yet complied the instruction passed in terms of the order on 11.07.2016 and on 14.10.2022, one last chance was given to the Petitioner to remove the defect. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, it pre-supposes that the Petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
