This matter is taken up through video conference mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

The Writ Petition involves the following prayer :- "It is, therefore, prayed that in the facts and circumstances stated above, this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue appropriate writ(s)/direction(s) ;

(I) Directing the Opp.Party No.2 to demarcate the schedule land as per order dated 10.02.2015 of the ADCP-cum-Executive Magistrate, Cuttack UPD under Annexure-2 after service of notice on the Opp.Pasrty Nos.5 to 7, petitioner and the boundary tenants with the assistance of Opp.Party No.4 within such time as may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court;

// 2 // (II) Direct the Opp.Party No.2 for early disposal of Demarcation Case No.92/2015 in accordance with law within a stipulated period..'"

Considering the Demarcation Proceeding pending since 2015, there should be early disposal of such Proceeding at least to avoid any further confrontation between the Parties involved. Keeping this in view, this Court direct for disposal of Demarcation Case No.92/2015 within a period of two months from the date of communication of this order by the Petitioner but involving the Parties likely to be affected.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. 6.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the Parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's Website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, modified by Notice No.4798 dated 15th April, 2021 and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
