This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with G.R. Case No.88 of 2022 arising out of Tangi P.S. Case No.8 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C. (R), Cuttack for alleged commission of offence under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code. Perused the F.I.R.

Since the offence is bailable in nature, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable.
