Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has inherited a property. Opposite party no.3 claims to have purchased the property from a stranger. His client duly approached the civil Court and filed suit. He submits, the civil Court passed order of status-quo.

Apprehending further alienation, his client made representation dated 10th January, 2022 to opposite party no.2 requesting not to entertain registration in respect of the property. He seeks direction upon said opposite party to consider the representation, keeping in mind referred therein order of status-quo passed by the civil Court.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, the representation will be duly considered.

Opposite party no.2 is directed to consider representation dated 10th January, 2021 being annexure-3 in the writ petition and act in accordance with law. Petitioner will approach said opposite party to communicate copy of said representation and this order. 5.

The writ petition is disposed of.
