Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate contended that the petitioners have filed this writ petition for quashing of the order dated 31.01.2018 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 229 (C) of 2018 wherein the advertisement of the year 2014 for the post of Junior Engineer was under challenge and as such by efflux of time, the same has become infructuous. 4.

In view of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
