This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This is an application under section 438, Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Bhasma P.S. Case No.31 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.165 of 2022 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Sundargarh for alleged commission of offences under sections 379, 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 21 of the M.M.D.R. Act.

Perused the F.I.R. annexed to the anticipatory bail application.

// 2 // Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respective parties and the very fact that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as submitted by the learned counsel for the State, the interim order dated 09.02.2022 is made absolute.
