Though Mr. S.K. Pal, learned Counsel for the Petitioner has accepted the brief on transfer, he asked for time on several occasions, i.e. 29.03.2022, 25.04.2022, 13.05.2022, 23.06.2022 & 13.07.2022. Today also, on his behalf time was sought. Since it is an old case of the year 2013 and learned Counsel for the Petitioner is not ready in the matter, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed.
