1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner refers to the Inquiry Report dated 31st May, 2014 of the Chief Judicial Magistrate-cumEnquiring Officer, Nabarangpur (EO) in which inter alia there was an exoneration of the Petitioner from the charges of producing any false certificate or resorting to impersonation.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that despite the above exoneration, the disciplinary proceedings against the Petitioner is still kept pending and even the representation dated 16th July, 2018 of the Petitioner for its expedited conclusion is not being considered on account of the present petition.

3. Considering that the Petitioner already stands exonerated in the enquiry, a direction is issued to the concerned EO as far as the disciplinary proceedings is concerned to conclude the same within a period of four months from today.

4. A copy of this order be communicated forthwith to the District Judge, Nabarangpur for compliance.

5. The writ petition is disposed of the above terms.
