It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 13119 of 2014 (State of Odisha v. Suravi Mohanty & Anr.), which has been disposed of vide order dated 26.10.2021 by this Court. 4.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 26.10.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No. 13119 of 2014 (State of Odisha v. Suravi Mohanty & Anr), this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
