This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on last date on 21.11.2022, but on perusal of report submitted by learned trial Court, it appears that the case, in which the Petitioner has sought for bail, now stands posted today for argument. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts, especially when no one has appeared to address the Court and taking into consideration the present stage of the case, this Court does not find any justification to grant bail to the Petitioner.

Hence, this BLAPL stands dismissed.
