This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). This is an application for modification of the order dated 08.02.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the cause title of the anticipatory bail application, the name of the village, post and police station of the petitioner has been inadvertently mentioned as 'Bhiruda, Gurudijhatia and Gurudijhatia' instead of 'Godijharia, Bhiruda and Tigiria' respectively and the same may be corrected.

Learned counsel for the State has no objection. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, in the cause title of the anticipatory

// 2 // bail application, the name of the village, post and police station of the petitioner mentioned as 'Bhiruda, Gurudijhatia and Gurudijhatia' be read as 'Godijharia, Bhiruda and Tigiria' respectively and date of surrender of the petitioner as per the order dated 08.02.2022 is extended for a further period of four weeks from today. The rest part of the order dated 08.02.2022 remains unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
