2. Prayer for modification, as sought for, is allowed.

3. In 6th line of Paragraph 3 of the order dated 08.02.2023 passed in ABLAPL No. 1197 of 2023, the words "S.D.J.M., Khurda" is hereby corrected and replaced by the words "S.D.J.M., Dhenkanal".

4. Two weeks further time from today is extended for the Petitioners to surrender before the learned court below as per the aforesaid order dated 08.02.2023 in ABLAPL No.1197 of
