Heard Mr. J.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. T. Pattnaik, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State-opposite parties.

Mr. J.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court on 04.02.2020, the petitioner has already executed the agreement and is rendering the security service.

In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that once the petitioner has executed the agreement and is discharging the responsibilities, pursuant to the tender floated by the authority, the relief sought in the present writ petition is no more subsisting.
