1. An affidavit has been filed by the Petitioner enclosing copy of an application filed under Section 257 of Cr.P.C. by the complainant stating that he has received the complete amount pursuant to a compromise.

2. In that view of the matter, 1.C.C Case No.295 of 2010 pending in the file of learned J.M.F.C., Panposh, Rourkela and all orders and proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
