This matter involves cancellation of I.D. resulting prohibiting the parties involved from submitting instruments for registration.

Mr. Sahoo, learned State Counsel however on instruction submitted that the persons involved are busy in registering illegal registration of the temple property belonging to the Lord Lingaraj and keeping such clandestine involvement of the Petitioners in view, there has been decision to cancel the I.D. of such person. 3.
Mr. Patnaik, learned counsel for Petitioners submitted that as of now there has been no communication of ground of such cancellation to the Petitioners.

Considering the rival contentions of the parties, though this Court declines to entertain the writ petition, however directs the competent authority to communicate the reason of cancellation of the I.D. to the Petitioners in order to enabling them to find-out any
// 2 // other remedy, within a period of seven days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioners.

With the aforesaid direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
