1. This matter is taken up in the 1st National Lok Adalat in presence of the Advocates/representatives of both the Appellantclaimant and Respondent No.2-Insurance Company through Hybrid Mode.

2. On the basis of the compromise made between the parties, the claim is settled at a further consolidated sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) as compensation.

3. The Insurance Company is directed to deposit the enhanced award amount before the learned Tribunal within a period of two months which shall be disbursed to the claimant.

4. The appeal is disposed of.

5. The appeal having been disposed of in the Lok Adalat, no Court fee is payable.
