1. Considering that the salary of the Petitioner today is Rs.38,000/- per month and he has enjoyed a stay in this Court for over nine years and the interim maintenance amount is just 5,000/- per month for both the Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2 and further considering that the Opposite Party No.2 is already 19 years old now, the Court sees no reason to interfere.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is dismissed. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

3. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
