1. For nearly eight years now even the Vakalatnama of the counsel who has filed the present appeal has not been placed on record. More than two months ago, on 19th September 2022, at the request of learned counsel for the Appellant, the matter was adjourned. Today, again another adjournment is sought.

2. Considering that the defects pointed out by the Registry have not been cured for over eight years, the Court is not prepared to grant any further time for that purpose.

3. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.
