Mr. Samantaray, learned counsel for the State points out that the order dated 08.02.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.18999 of 2015 though belatedly has since been complied with inasmuch as vide order dated 16.07.2018, the petitioner has been appointed as Sepoy at OSAP, 7th Battalion, Bhubaneswar. Hence, the present contempt petition has become infructuous.
