Mr. Sanganeria, learned advocate appears on behalf of Order No.

appellant and submits the appeal is against judgment dated 6th December, 2012, whereby the Court below dismissed his client's application for interim measure under section 9 in Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. He submits further, after filing the appeal his client had made request for appointment of arbitrator. That request petition stood dismissed by order dated 20th December, 2019. In the circumstances, nothing remains to be decided in the appeal. 2.
