2. Heard Mr. B.P. Satapathy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. J.P. Pattnaik, learned Government Advocate.

The petitioner files this writ petition to declare the auction notice dated 06.03.2014 in Annexure-4 for auction of Khanjamahal Stone Quarry No.34 as illegal, and to issue direction to the opposite parties to settle the said Stone Quarry No.34 on long term lease considering the application in Annexure-3.
4. Since the period of lease has already been expired, by efflux of time, the writ petition has become infructuous and is disposed of as such.
