1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. It is submitted that there is typographical error in Paragraph-7 of the bail application relating to the date of custody of the Petitioner. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to correct the same in Court in course of the day.

3. Heard Mr. Deepak Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. A. Pradhan, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

4. The Petitioner is in custody since 10th January, 2022 in connection with Jankia P.S. Case No.246/2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1326/2021 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 467/468/471/420 of I.P.C.

5. Considering the submissions made, the materials on record and the fact that investigation into the case has progressed substantially coupled with the fact that all the offences are triable by Magistrate First Class, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

6. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
