1.The order of engagement of the Petitioner dated 26th December, 2012 records an undertaking that the engagement is purely on contract basis, can be terminated any time and that he shall have no claim for regular appointment under the State Government. The Petitioner does not appear to have accepted the above order under protest or even try and rescind from his undertaking at any time thereafter.

2. Consequently, no mandamus can be issued in the present case for regularization of the Petitioner's service. The writ petition is dismissed.
