It appears, in the connected matter the suit is already targeted. Learned counsel for the Petitioner is unable to inform the Court regarding the status of the suit. This C.M.P. is pending since 2016 without being admitted. From the first order dated 21.12.2016, this Court finds, this matter was directed to be listed along with other writ petitions so also with a C.M.P. However from the subsequent order dated 10.01.2017, it appears, there has been extension of interim order, when there is no interim order passed in this case as of now. 2.

Be that as it may, as this matter is pending since 2016 without being admitted, this Court is not inclined to entertain this C.M.P. at this stage, which is, hereby, dropped. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner, in the event any cause of action involving this issue still survives, he can take appropriate step for revival of the matter.
