Heard Mr. P. Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. P.K. Maharaj, learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State. 3.
The Petitioner is in custody since 31st October, 2021 in connection with Daspalla P.S. Case No.101 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No.154 of 2019 pending in the court of learned A.S.J.- cum-C.J.M., Nayagarh for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 341/326/307/333/353/506 of IPC read with Sections 25/27 of Arms Act.

Having regard to the submissions made, the materials on record, the period of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted in the case, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and
conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial court on each date of posting of the case, failing which appropriate adverse orders may be passed as may be deemed fit and proper. Further, he shall appear before the I.I.C., Daspalla P.S. once every fort night for a period of six months. 6.
The BLAPL is disposed of.
7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
