Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is agreed to by learned Counsel for the Parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No. 22402 of 2017 (Shree Shree Jagannath Mahaprabhu Bije Srikhetra Marfat Uttarparswa Math v. State of Odisha and others), which has been allowed vide judgment passed today (08.12.2022).

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons given in the judgment passed today (08.12.2022) in W.P.(C) No. 22402 of 2017, this Writ Petition stands allowed by quashing the impugned decision dated 28.04.2017 of the Government under Annexure-2 and the consequential notice dated 05.08.2017 under Annexure-3 issued for the refund of the amount of solatium. The opposite parties are directed to forthwith allow the petitioner to operate his bank account. Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
