This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 30th December, 2021 (Annexure-5) passed by the SubCollector, Bhanjanagar in OLR Misc. Case No. 116 of 2011 initiated under Section 23(A) of the O.L.R. Act, 1960. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Das, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to file a properly constituted appeal under Section 58 of the O.L.R. Act, 1960. 4.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

However, it is observed that in the event the Petitioner files an appeal within a period of two weeks hence along with an application for interim protection, the same may be considered in accordance with law at an early date.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-5 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.
