Since this is a year old case of 2014 and none appears for the petitioners-Railway to prosecute the same, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter.

Mr. P.K.Parhi, learned ASGI, on earlier occasions had stated before that, in the cases pertaining to the Railways, they have instruction to appear, however, none of the counsel for the Central Government Counsel panel is present at the time of call. 5.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
