The petitioners have filed this writ petition against the order dated 03.10.2012 passed in O.A. No.2950(C) of 2009 & batch, by which the Orissa Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack granted liberty to the opposite parties to modify the letter dated 04.10.2008 and clarification dated 02.02.2009, so also while considering the cases of Graduate Anganwadi Workers, who have completed five years of service for their direct recruitment as Supervisors on contractual basis, simultaneously make some provisions to fill up certain percentage of the newly created 237 posts, for promotion of the Anganwadi Workers having H.S.C. (matric) qualification with 10 years experience, may be for contractual engagement only, so that such candidates shall have an avenue to work as against their promotion posts.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that this question has already been considered by this Court in Manorama Muduli v State of Orissa, 2012 (I) ILRCUT-368. Therefore, this matter may be disposed of in terms of the said judgment.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Manorama Muduli (supra).
