Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client wants to sell his property but concerned Registrar has not accepted the document.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner be directed to present the document.

Opposite party no.3 is directed to allow petitioner to present his document for registration along with this order. Within 72 hours of presentation. Said opposite party will either register the document or issue refusal memo containing the grounds.
