This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 17th April, 2013 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Kendrapara in S.T. Case No.170 of 2012 wherein petition for discharge filed by him has been rejected.

Heard.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 5.

Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

As report from the learned Sessions Judge, Kendrapra already received, which reveals that out of nine charge sheet witnesses, four witnesses have been examined, the court in seisin over the matter shall dispose of the case in question as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months hence. 7.

However, the Petitioner being a lady and if any difficulty to appear before the trial court, file a petition under Section 317 of Cr.P.C. and in that event the trial court may consider the same sympathetically.
