This matter was taken up on 10.03.2022. On that date being prima facie satisfied with the claim of the Petitioner, this Court while directing for service of copy of the writ petition on the learned State Counsel, also directed the learned State Counsel to obtain instruction in the matter. Today on his appearance Mr. Mahapatra, learned State Counsel on instruction submitted that the Petitioner has filed his claim on the basis of a non-existing document and more particularly the R.O.R. relied on is no more existing and there is change in the R.O.R. following due process of law. It is, at this stage of the matter, Mr. Barik, learned counsel for Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition.
