2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 08.09.2014 passed by the Executive Magistrate, Jajpur in Criminal Misc. Case No.1010 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that he has no instruction in this matter.

4. In such view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter.

5.Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the Executive Magistrate, Jajpur immediately. (S. Pujahari) Judge PKS
