This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call. 3.

This RPFAM has been filed assailing the order dated 15th January, 2013 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Criminal Proceeding No. 30 of 2012. 4.

On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that on the last occasion, i.e. on 16th May, 2016, none had appeared on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter was called. 5.

Mr. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Opposite Party, on instruction, submits that parties are leading a happy conjugal life.

In that view of the matter, this Court feels that the Petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter. 7.

Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 8.

The interim order dated 7th April, 2015 passed in Misc. Case No. 29 of 2015 stands vacated.
