This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 08.07.2013 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Nilagiri in C.T. No.76 of 2013/Trial No.796 of 2013 wherein the learned S.D.J.M. has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/294/506 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P and Sections 3(i)(x) of the SC ST (PA) Act against him.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner does not want to press this petition but seeks liberty to raise the contentions regarding innocency at the time of framing of charge.

4. Giving such liberty to the Petitioner, this CRLMC stands disposed of as withdrawn.
