This matter is taken up by video conferencing mode. Order No.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and viewing the materials on record as also other surrounding circumstances, while being not inclined to grant of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner No.1, this application is disposed of with the observation that in the event the Petitioner No.1 surrenders before the court in seisin of the in connection with Banpur P.S. Case No.09 of 2020 corresponding to G.R. Case No.08 of 2020 on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Banpur within three weeks hence and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit and disposed of early in accordance with law so as to

// 2 // enable the Petitioner to approach the next higher forum early in case necessity so arises.

In so far as the Petitioner Nos.2 & 3 are concerned, it is, however, directed that in the event Petitioner Nos. 2 & 3 surrender before the Court in seisin of the case in the aforesaid case within three weeks hence and moves for their release on bail, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as would be deemed just and proper by the said Court. 5.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

Interim order passed on 11th February, 2020 in so far as Petitioner No.1 is concerned does no more survive. 6.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
