Against the interim order dated 24.01.2014 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar in O.A. No. 224 of 2014, the State-petitioners have approached this Court by filing this writ petition.

What is the present position of O.A. No. 224 of 2014 has not been known to Mr. B.P. Tripathy, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State-petitioners. In any case, if any cause of action survives, the petitioners may pursue the said O.A., if it is pending.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
