1.The Petitioners representation (Annexure-3) shall be examined by the Sub-Collector, Titilagarh (Opposite Party No.3) and after giving them hearing, a reasoned order shall be passed thereon not later than 2nd May, 2022 and the order be made available to the Petitioners not later than 9th May, 2022. A copy of the downloaded copy of this order will be produced by the Petitioners before the Sub-Collector, Titilagarh not later than 28th March, 2022 for compliance. It is clarified that the Court has not expressed any opinion on merits.

2. The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
