The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties not to evict her without following the principles of natural justice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner is not an unauthorized occupant. Therefore, if the authority has decided to take any coercive measure of eviction, it will cause prejudice to her.

In view of the above submission, let the petitioner file objection with regard to eviction within a period of seven days hence. In the event, the petitioner files objection with regard to eviction, the same shall be considered and disposed of by the authority in accordance with law by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
